With at least 80k in built in Equity on a deal under 100k, this one is like finding a unicorn.  You could do zero rehab to this house and the comps say you could sell it for $140k.

House has been well kept but needs some upgrades including the following:  Needs new AC, interior and exterior. Has a metal roof that is in good shape, but will need a pressure wash.
